great equipment extensive buffet available staff
the gym had a great variety of equipment! i found several treadmills and weights for a full workout. the breakfast buffet was extensive with many options. the staff were always available and ready to help, which i valued!
the elevators felt a little slow sometimes though i always made it to my destination eventually.

beautiful interiors swimming pool noise issues direct access
I appreciated the hotel's beautiful interiors. The dark wood and nuanced styling created a unique vibe (almost like stepping into another era). The swimming pool on level 5 was a definite highlight.
My room had some noise issues. I could hear sounds from outside, even on a high floor. there was no direct access from the basement to the room floor, requiring a walk through a crowded restaurant and bar.

hotel design great pool comfortable room
the hotel design is so beautiful. i enjoyed the pool and the pool area and the spa very much. my room was both stylish and comfortable and i got a night great's sleep.
the hostess service on August 22nd made me uncomfortable. i added breakfast upon check-in and she said my room only included one breakfast. it is impolite to ask this question when guests queue for food.

I adored the wooden walls and ceilings. They reminded me of indonesia's cultural heritage. the rooms were spacious, located on the upper floors, and beautifully furnished. handcrafted wallpaper and comfortable beds. the breakfast buffet was varied..
i noticed that the elevator response time was a little slow. I pressed the button and waited longer than expected.
